How long is your processing time?
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. I appreciate the grace as I do this alongside my full-time job, part-time job, and running another business.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, you can use code 'PICKUP' at checkout and it will take off the cost for shipping. Please just make sure you are local to me. You have the option to pickup in Fall Branch.

What is shipping time like?
Economy shipping typically arrives in 3-5 business days. 

What are your products made out of?
I use polymer clay to make the clay earrings. All posts and hooks are hypoallergenic, lead and nickel free.

All shirts and crewnecks are printed with a DTF printer.

I like your t-shirt/crewneck, but I would prefer it on a different color/style, is that possible?
Yes! You can simply reach out if you would like a design on a different style, brand, or color. 

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! I do! It would be an absolute pleasure to talk about wholesale orders with you. Feel free to send an email or message on Instagram with any questions you may have!

Do you do custom orders?
Yes! Feel free to send a message on Instagram or an email and we can talk about what you might want. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks to process a custom order.

Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 3 days of delivery. We guarantee our jewelry and apparel against any craftsmanship defects - if you have any issues when you receive your items, please reach out! Once an order has shipped out, we will not refund the shipping for a return. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the order is cancelled prior to shipment.
